surprisingly GOOD!

friendly staff good service

the staff were AMAZINGLY friendly when i arrived, and they gave a usb adapter after i forgot a phone charger. i appreciate the good service and friendly people at reception, and the room was switched to downstairs. the staff saw my wife using crutches, and i think its thoughtful.

convenient stay near yarrow bridge

replacement heater quick response

upon arrival, we discovered a faulty heater in our room. the receptionist responded quickly and provided us with a replacement heater immediately.

the hotel bathroom door was hard to close and scraped against the toilet. the floor near the toilet had a soft spot. the room felt very warm and there was no way of cooling it down with a fan or air conditioning unit.

Very Clean and Convenient Stay

My room was great. I got a family room. It included a queen size bed and a single bed. Toiletries and a hairdryer were also provided. The breakfast I booked had enough food to keep me going until lunchtime. I find the staff very friendly and polite, so I asked for an extra towel, and it came very fast.

I noticed a stained chair when I first entered the room. It did not look nice.
